Who is behind CPGA?
CPGA is a proposed credential of the Data Privacy Council (DPCI), an initiative of Paryoma Foundation, a Section 8 not-for-profit institution.
What the website does with form entries
The current enquiry form processes entries in your browser to create an unsent text-file download. It does not submit those entries to DPCI or store them in a site database. Closing or reloading the page clears application state; your browser may separately retain form information according to its settings. Downloaded files remain on your device until you remove them.
Practice interactions and technical processing
Practice responses remain in browser memory and are not sent by this application. The site includes no custom analytics or advertising trackers. The hosting platform may process technical request and access information to provide the site. Platform processing, retention and contact details must be reviewed before the final notice is adopted.
Before online enquiries open
The owner must approve the responsible contact details, purposes and applicable processing grounds, hosting and service-provider arrangements, retention periods, rights and grievance routes, security measures and any optional marketing process. A live submission service and notifications must be tested before enabling submission.

Curriculum and assessment information is proposed unless explicitly confirmed.
